Hi, my name is Christine Parks.  I am an NMLS licensed contract loan processor.

I am an independent contract processor.  With over 22 years of mortgage experience,  I have established long term relationships based solely on referrals. I have worked with wholesale lenders, title companies and as a mortgage loan originator and processor.

I am educated in different investor underwriting guidelines and am fluent in most investor websites. I have a vast knowledge of  DU & LP and use both Calyx and Encompass. I process Conventional, FHA, VA, Reverse Mortgage, and USDA loans.
